Local Attractions: Belfast Castle sits on the slopes of Cavehill overlooking Belfast Lough. From being used in World War II as a war control room to its current purpose as a popular wedding venue and restaurant the Castle has seen it all. This was perhaps the greatest of Victorian gin palaces which once flourished in the industrial cities of Britain. Today wonderfully preserved, the Crown is cherished and still well used by the people of Belfast.

Belfast Zoo, overlooking Belfast Lough, is one of the most acclaimed zoos in the world. Its unparalleled aquatic enclosures are not to be missed. Botanic Gardens, beside the University, are a refuge for students, tourists and wildlife alike. Lagan Valley Regional Park covers 13 miles of the most scenic stretches of the Lagan and comprises an attractive mix of natural amenities. The Odyssey Arena, located on Queen's Quay Belfast, is Northern Ireland's Landmark Millennium Project and Ireland's largest all–seater indoor venue.

Ulster Museum, located in the university quarter, has many award–winning exhibits with artifacts ranging from mummies to dinosaurs to modern art. Ulster Historical Foundation 12 College Square East, is a non–profit organisation founded in 1956 to promote interest in Irish history and genealogy, with particular reference to Ulster. The Foundation offers an ancestral research service, publishes books, organises conferences and lecture tours and runs a membership Guild.

Directions from the M1 motorway to the Dunadry Hotel: Follow the M1 motorway to exit 9 for Moira and follow signs for the International Airport – along the A26. Turn right at the roundabout just before the airport and follow the main road in the direction of Templepatrick You will reach another roundabout, at Templepatrick village; take the first turn–off sign posted for Antrim/Dunadry. The Dunadry Hotel and Country Club is approximately 1 mile along this road on the left–hand side.

Directions from Dublin to the Dunadry Hotel: Exit the A1 following sign for M1 Belfast Cross Belfast via the West–link. Follow sign for M2 – head North for 15 miles. Exit for Ballyclare/Templepatrick. Turn left through Templepatrick. At second roundabout take sign for Antrim. Dunadry is a mile on the left.

Directions from Belfast to the Dunadry Hotel: Follow the signs for the M2 motorway and International Airport. Come off motorway at Junction 5 and turn left towards Templepatrick, at the roundabout continue straight through the village of Templepatrick. Take the second turn off at the next roundabout heading for Dunadry, signpost will be for Antrim/Dunadry. The Dunadry Hotel & Country Club is approximately 1 mile further along this road on the left hand side.

Directions from Larne Harbour to the Dunadry Hotel: Leaving Larne Harbour – turn left, this will lead you to the dual carriageway. Continue on the dual carriageway until you see signs for Ballyclare and/or Templepatrick. Follow these signs through the village of Templepatrick. You will reach another roundabout, at Templepatrick village; take the first turn–off sign posted for Antrim/Dunadry. The Dunadry Hotel and Country Club is approximately 1 mile along this road on the left–hand side.

Directions from the City Airport to the Dunadry Hotel: Exit Airport Turning right onto the M3. Go towards Belfast City Centre. Stay on the Motorway following signs for Belfast International Airport and the West. Follow directions from Belfast.
